Azzahra Eye Centre Kemaman was established by its founder to offer specialized medical services. Officially registered in April 2024, it aims to be a comprehensive one-stop eye specialist center for treating eye and visual issues. This eye specialist center is registered as an Ambulatory Care Centre with the Ministry of Health Malaysia (KKM) and adheres to the Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act, meeting all requirements for setup, facilities, and fees.

Dr. Muhamad Amin Bin Ramli is a highly skilled Consultant Ophthalmologist with extensive experience in eye care and surgical ophthalmology. He completed his medical degree (MD) and later pursued his Master of Medicine in Ophthalmology (MMED OPHTHAL) at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), where he received comprehensive training in the latest techniques and treatments for a wide range of eye conditions.
With a strong commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Amin’s approach combines thorough assessment and diagnosis with tailored treatment plans that prioritize each patient’s needs. His clinical interests include cataract surgery, management of glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and advanced diagnostics for age-related macular degeneration.
